Our objective is to make our guests feel very much at home away from home.The comfort and security of our guests is our prime concern at Sikaso Hostel, our guests feel the warmth of the Ghanaian family life, experience the culture and social life of Ghanaian and get to learn more about Ghana and its people. Ours is very different from the stereotyped anonymity of traditional hotels and hostels.Bortianor is direct at the Atlantic Ocean towards the western part of Accra. The Hostel is only 5 meters off the Kokrobite main Road, which is a commercial street with an active nightlife. The stores, nightclubs and street-side vendors on the road operate well into the night. There are tailors and dressmakers who make custom clothes of any African design at short notice. Orders from the hostel guests always get priority. Transportation to any part of Accra is possible.Our aim is to provide visitors to Accra a safe, secured and comfortable home at affordable rates.Staying with us will be an experience you will never forget and you will always cherish.For your complete RELAXATION, we have A BIG COMPOUND WITH TREESWELL-KEPT GREEN LAWNSA BIG ROOFTOP TERRACE AREATHE ATLANTIC OCEAN IS JUST IN FRONT OF THE HOSTEL The Hostel has a big compound with shade trees and rooftop balcony for easy relaxation in the cool breeze of the tropical weather.There are ten rooms made of four single rooms, four double rooms and two female dormitories. All accommodation is situated within a fantastic flower-garden with tropical birds and palm trees, only meters from the beach. The accommodations are designed in a way giving them the unique ambience of traditional lodging combined with modern comfort. We have elegantly decorated rooms in a typical Ghanian style. We set great value to hygiene and cleanliness. We offer rooms with fan and air-conditions with integrated private baths. The double rooms have a balcony and an amazing view on the Atlantic Ocean. We have a kitchen that serves breakfast and supper of both continental and local dishes at affordable prices. GROUP BOOKINGSOur double rooms are very large and we have the capacity to convert them into dormitories to accommodate up to four people comfortably.STORAGE FACILITYWe provide storage for guests' excess baggage to enable them travel light on their tour of Ghana. This facility is FREE for guests who stay with us for at least five days.TRANSPORTATIONThe house is only 3 meters from the main transport station. There are buses, taxis and 'trotro' to any part of the city. AIRPORT PICKUPWe shall pick you up from the airport if we know of your flight arrangements. We charge a token fee of $20.00VOLUNTARY WORK PLACEMENTSWe arrange short and long term placements for anybody of any age who would like to volunteer in Ghana. Hvordan kommer jeg dertil Sikaso Beach Vandrerhjem

The hostel is about 35 min drive from the airport towards Kokrobite in the central region. When you ask any taxi driver you are going to Bortianor Sikaso Hostel, near Salem Church in Bortianor. If you want to be picked from the airport let us know in advance to enable the airport shuttle to pick you. The shuttle to the hostel will cost you 20 $. When there are more than one guest it is still the same price for all.
